Lease Negotiations

Assist clients in looking for potential buildings and spaces to lease, including but not limited to commercial office, retail, restaurant, etc., based on the clients HVAC, electric power, plumbing and fire protection needs and available base building systems and utilities.  

Review lease language, prior to execution, relative to available HVAC, electric power, plumbing and fire protection systems and utilities, and make recommendations based on the tenants needs.
